Chicken Flatbread Recipe- Quick & Easy MOM friendly!

HEYY guys! How are you! If you follow me on snap (jennbrooksox) then you know I love to cook for my family (most of the time) but some days its challenging with a toddler that wants to be held  while I'm cooking or wants me to play. So quick meals are a must! 

I got SOO many requests for a recipe so here it is. Super easy! 

What you need:

Flat Bread

Chicken

Salt/Pepper 

Seasoning of choice

Sautéed Veggies- I used onion, red pepper and green pepper

Laughing cow cheese spread

Shredded cheese of choice

Sauce of choice I like to make a greek yogurt sauce but this time I used Sweet Baby Rays Sweet Golden Mustard.

Directions:

Season & grill chicken

Cook flat bread on 350 For 5 mins or until crispy.

Sautee veggies (I like to season with salt and pepper) 

Let chicken sit for 5 mins before cutting

spread laughing chow cheese on flatbread

top with veggies, chicken and cheese of choice

Cook for 5 mins or until cheese is bubbly

add your sauce of choice. Bbq ranch honey mustard anything pairs great some days my daughter likes one more then the other. (depends on her mood) she gets that from me lol
